Started with one roaster and a stubborn idea
In 2019 we hauled a second-hand 5-kg roaster into a tiny garden-side room and promised ourselves one thing: never serve a coffee we wouldn't drink twice.
Today Brew Bloom is eleven people, one bakery, two espresso bars and the same promise. We roast every Tuesday, bake every morning, and still argue about the perfect brew ratio.
